You crawled like a "Portal Lizard" breathed like the "Iceman" and ran in nature to get fresh air, expand your views and touch uneven energy-giving earth. Needless to say, you're worked out!
Despite 'stretching' warming up/warming down, your connective tissue holds the 'memory' of the tension and restriction within your body. Not just from today's workout, but from a lifetime of patterns including, though not excluding trauma.
You feel it in your hips, your SITS bones, your lower back, your jaw, the clenching in your sleep, in how you digest food, in how you defecate, in how you copulate.
